Tim the owner has been wonderful to work with, his storage units are very clean, the video surveillance and gated entry are an added bonus. When my debit card was hacked and permanently blocked I reached out to Tm and told him of my current situation and asked what I needed to do to make my payment that was due in a few days since my automatic withdraw is blocked. He was so generous and kind and told me when my new card arrived to make the payment when I received my new card even though it would be after the original due date.
